By leveraging advanced cardiac imaging technology, Ascend and JBHHF aim to offer early detection and preventative care to ensure the well-being of our first responders.
At Ascend, our state-of-the-art cardiac imaging services include detailed screenings designed to identify potential heart issues before they become serious. These screenings are tailored to the unique needs of first responders, providing them with the critical information they need to maintain their health and continue their vital work safely and effectively.
About the Program
In this program, proactive heart disease screening and disease management services are specially designed to address the specific occupational risks faced by our dedicated first responders, such as firefighters and truck drivers. The program unfolds in three essential steps to ensure comprehensive care:
The first step focuses on raising awareness and conducting initial screenings to identify potential heart health issues early.
The second step involves advanced Cleerly Analysis, followed by personalized interventions, continuous monitoring, and educational support.
Notably, all these critical services are provided at zero cost to all first responders, underscoring our commitment to safeguarding their health and well-being.
